Standard is the baseline software plan for registered accounts. Pro and Max add paid capabilities, while Standard access remains available between paid periods.
Pro Trial
A 7-day Pro trial is available to eligible new users through supported trial offers. Trial availability is limited to one eligible trial per account and ends after 7 days.
How to Upgrade
- Log in to the Alpha Quant Pro dashboard.
- Open Payment or Subscription & Billing.
- Choose your preferred Pro billing period or Max plan.
- Complete checkout.
- Your upgraded access appears after payment confirmation.
Cancellation
Two actions are available:
- Cancel renewal - stops future renewal while the current paid period remains active until its end date.
- Cancel current paid plan - ends the current paid access and returns the account to Standard access.
Plan cancellation and refund requests are handled separately.
Renewal
Stripe subscriptions renew automatically unless renewal is cancelled. Expired or cancelled paid entitlement can be purchased again from the dashboard; Standard software access remains the baseline between paid periods.
Refund Policy
- Refund eligibility uses the exact 7-day window from payment completion.
- Submit a refund request from the dashboard or contact support@alphaquantpro.com.
- Refund review is separate from plan cancellation.
