You may request a refund within 7 days of payment completion for Alpha Quant Pro software access. Refund eligibility is based on software access, billing, or verified technical availability issues, not trading or market outcomes.

2. Technical Faults

We will review and approve eligible refund requests if:

• The Software fails to run on your machine due to a verified bug in our code.
• Your account access or billing record cannot be corrected by our support team.

To request a refund, enter the reason in your dashboard; the system automatically identifies your most recent successful payment. You may also contact support with relevant error logs.
