1. General Policy

Because Alpha Quant Pro is a downloadable digital software product, we generally do not offer refunds once the software has been downloaded and the license key activated. This is industry standard for digital goods to prevent piracy.

2. Exceptions (Technical Faults)

We stand by the quality of our code. We will issue a full refund if:

• The Software fails to run on your machine due to a verified bug in our code.
• Our support team is unable to resolve this technical issue within 7 business days.

To request a technical refund, please contact support with your error logs.

3. No Performance Guarantees

CRITICAL: We do NOT offer refunds based on market performance or financial results. You are purchasing a tool, not a guarantee of profit. Poor trading results, "blowing an account," or market volatility are not valid grounds for a refund.

4. Dispute Resolution

By purchasing, you agree to contact our support team first before initiating any chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your license key and account.
